Loans are provided for the following purposes:

Consumer;
Acquisition of fixed assets;
Replenishment of working capital;
Residential and commercial construction, construction of main and auxiliary buildings and structures;
Other purposes not prohibited by law.

Types of loan collateral:

pledge
bank guarantee
guarantees of solvent individuals and legal entities
security deposit (deposit)
The estimated value of real estate is determined on the basis of an expert opinion (according to the tariffs of an independent expert). In case of notarization of the pledge agreement, the tariff is charged in accordance with the notary's tariffs.

Documents required for obtaining a loan by individuals:

An application for granting a loan (opening a credit line) indicating the amount of the loan, the purpose of obtaining it, the period of use and the type of collateral.
Questionnaire of the loan recipient.
Passport (photocopy).
Certificate from the place of work about the average monthly income.
Documents for the pledge of property.
A notarized pledge agreement.
Surety agreements, guarantees.
Other documents (at the request of the Bank).
